"Red Octo-ber" 2022

Sometimes I feel compelled to paint but don't have any particular image or subject in mind. So what I do is pick out my favorite color - in this case, red and I begin making marks on the canvas until it resembles something to me just like looking at the clouds and seeing the images form in your imagination. All I have to do then is just complete the image I see. This graceful Octopus formed as a result.
